Ready to bring your dream site into existence? We'll kick off the project by collecting your brand details, site inspiration, and other items that are needed to turn your vision into a reality. Once I receive this information in full, along with your deposit, the clock starts ticking and your web design sprint begins!

Design: Wire-Frame & Site Mock-Up
Things just got real: in this phase you'll see a preview of how your site will look to the larger world! First we'll agree upon the wire-frame: the bare bones outline of your site's structure. Then we integrate your branding in the site mock-up. I may share a few options for initial design scheme, then run further with your choice of design. We'll capture your feedback here, to make sure everything is aligned with your branding and vision for your site.

Development: Your site is built in Webflow
Once you approve of your site's design mock-up, it's time for development! Your site will be built in Webflow, integrating the design with web-optimized functionality. This is also when we'll add in your site copy, images, and icons.

We're ready for launch! Once we complete your final round of revision, we'll get your site onto a Webflow hosting plan, and connected to your domain. You're now ready to share your custom-built digital hearth with the world 🔥

Webflow CMS Site plan: $23 / month, billed yearly ($276).
Domain Purchase: can vary across domain registrars, but typically anywhere from $10 - $50 / year
Additional costs may be incurred from your selection of 3rd-party apps and integrations, as well as if you desire addition services, such as CMS blog package, image & icons package, or marketing consultation sessions.

Webflow is a no-code site building platform that allows for maximized customization of your site design.
Webflow is a great candidate for marketing websites: websites that have the primary goal to communicate a business or organization's message to their core audience. For this reason, Webflow is a perfect fit for practitioners who are seeking to share their craft with the world.
The Craft Design Portal specializes in custom web design for therapists and holistic health practitioners.
Our clients include therapists, birth / death / postpartum doulas, spiritual practitioners, yoga teachers, acupuncturists, and Reiki masters, just to name a few!
The timeline varies based on the project scope. Our core Webflow Digital Hearth Custom Site-Build package is a 2-week web development sprint, starting upon receipt of your branding details and deposit. All sprints are scheduled in advance, so that I can reserve adequate time to focus on your site build. We will discuss available scheduling options in our discovery call.
You will need to submit the Brand Details form, which will collect your brand logo, colors, fonts, and icons, as well as your choice of site inspiration and any other details that you feel are helpful in communicating your vision for your dream site.
This form MUST be submitted in-full, in order for the 2-week development sprint to commence.
You will also need to submit your site copy and images before Day 10 of the project, in order for them to be input during the web development phase.
Absolutely! CMS stands for Content Management System: essentially a data base built into your site that helps you create and organize content in a templated way. This allows you to create and edit blog posts outside of the Webflow designer.
The CMS package is available for an additional charge, dependent upon complexity of your CMS collection needs. The package will include your blog template, blog home page, and filter and tag functionality. We'll also go over how to use the CMS, so you can roll out content at your leisure.
It is your responsibility to provide your site images and copy before Day 10 of the project, in order for me to implement them on your site.
If your images and copy are NOT ready by this date, you will be responsible for updating them on your own time via Webflow's editor mode.
Assistance in updating site images and copy after termination of the web design sprint is available at an extra charge.
ALL web design sprints include a 30 minute training call on Webflow editor mode and CMS use.
Yes! Image packages are available at an extra charge. We'll utilize stock imagery, graphics, and icons to maintain consistency and visual flow across your site. Color grading of personal images is also available. Please send me an email to inquire on specific pricing for these packages.
I do not offer copy writing at this time, but I'm happy to share some tips in a marketing consulting call.
The Craft is happy to support email marketing configuration for the following platforms: Klaviyo, FloDesk, Mailchimp, and Squarespace (if your site is already on Squarespace).
Email marketing packages can work for any website, but I will only be able to embed your signup form on the following platforms: Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, and Shopify. Email signup form embed is not included for other site build platforms, such as Wordpress.
Please contact your developer to assist with sign up form embed. I am happy to collaborate with your developer in order to support the embed of your email sign up form on your website.
